Welcome to Community Health Resource Center! For over 20 years our organization has been supporting the health and well being of individuals and families living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Often after seeing your physician additional support is needed to achieve goals in health and wellness. The Community Health Resource Center understands this need and provides a wide array of services that supplement the care of your physician. Through hands on healing, we become part of your Bay Area wellness team by offering a full scope of health education, health programs, health screenings, social work counseling and nutritional counseling.
