Health Screening

Community Health Resource Center provides both grant-funded and contracted health screening services at

  • Employee health fairs
  • Wellness events
  • Schools
  • Community centers

Our health screenings include cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, body mass index, bone density, and memory screens. Consultations on health screening results are also available and are conducted by registered nurses.

 

Our current fee structure is below.

Service 2011 Fee
Total Cholesterol, Blood Glucose, Body Mass Index, and Blood Pressure $20/test
Total Cholesterol $17/test
Blood Glucose $16/test
Blood Pressure and/or BMI $55/hour (per screener)
Bone Density $15/test
Registered Nurse (Education and Consultation) $100/hour (per R.N.)
Memory Screen $55/hour
